Managed Backup Documents is now available from jmrDesign LLC. This service is an add-on to the Remote Monitoring and Management services offered by jmrDesign LLC.
The service provides very low cost but valuable protection for most user document files by scanning the target system, creating the backup set and then sending it to the cloud. This is done up to twice daily over a 28-day period, creating as many as 56 unique backup sets of the user's document files. This process can insure against the loss of files due to unwanted encryption of a RANSOMWARE attack as well as the more common accidental deletion or corruption of files.
If file restoration is necessary, jmrDesign can quickly and remotely replace the lost or damaged files thereby minimizing the impact on the user.
