If a Acrobat PDF form document containing text content in the form fields does not display that content, the file may be corrupted.

Try the following to correct the problem:
1. Use Tools > Forms > Edit to enter form editing mode.
2. Right-click on a target form field and choose Properties.
3. On the General Tab, use the Form Field option to change it to Hidden and then back to Visible. The hidden text should now be visible.
4. Click Close to close the Properties dialog box.

Multiple fields can be corrected at one time by selecting all of them before performing step 2 above.

Don't forget to save the corrected file when all fields have been "recovered."
